Changing pipeline view

You can change the view of deals in pipelines. The default view is the kanban board, which helps you track the sales progress in real time. However, you can switch to the table or tiles view. To do that, use the switch in the top right corner of the page.

Kanban board

On the Kanban board, each column represents a stage of the sales process. Next to a column's name you will see the total revenue of all the deals that are currently on this stage.

For each deal, there is a card that shows the name of the assigned sales rep and the current tasks. If there are overdue tasks associated with a deal, you will see  a red dot on the deal's card; the name of the overdue task will be highlighted red. This way you can detect the bottleneck of your pipeline and react immediately.

You can change the size of the cards, hide tasks, sort items by default, etc. To learn more about kanban settings, read the Kanban board article.

Tiles

You can specify which information shall be shown on tiles, select their size, sort by different parameters and add or hide system information. To learn more, read Layout of app items.

Table

When selecting the table view, you can set up the columns, sort items by parameters and specify the number of rows to be displayed. Deals with overdue activities are marked with a red dot.

Layout of the "New deals" page

On the New page the deals are displayed in a list. This view cannot be changed.
