All the apps that you have created are displayed in the left menu of the workspace. Depending on the initial visibility settings, the name of the app in the menu can be visible to administrators only or to all the users.
However, sometimes you need to make an app available only to certain employees. You can do it with accessibility settings.
Only the users included in the Administrators group can manage accessibility settings.
Click the gear icon next to the name of the app and select App Accessibility.
In the window that appears, select the groups of users who must be able to see the app in their left menu.
For example, you want to make the Agreement app available only to the sales department employees. Select the Sales department group from the list and save the changes.
Please note that apart from the accessibility settings, each app also has access settings. You can grant an employee the access to app items, but make the entire app unavailable to him or her in the menu. In this case, the employee will be able to open the app only when given a direct URL.
